8 Senses Therapy

From the moment you walk in, the therapists and admin staff makes you feel welcome and supported. The team is so friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring. The therapists are professional and knowledgeable, yet warm and down-to-earth, which makes such a difference when working with children. The admin team is always organised, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make things run smoothly. Most importantly, it feels like a safe and supportive space where families are understood and children are encouraged to thrive.

I have been a parent of children who has participated in therapy since a very young age and finding the best providers in Adelaide is a task. Look no further! 10000/10! Currently utilising OT services with Hin and can recommend her highly. Her rapport building skills are excellent, she is driven and clearly passionate about the participants she works with. Parental feedback from sessions was adopted immediately and seamlessly. Which is a rarity in my experience over many years. Hin is a true asset to 8 senses!

The admin (Irene) - appointment organisation, on boarding and scheduling again 1000/10. Approachable, friendly with timely responses to e mails and feedback. 

Could not ask for a better provider! When you’ve been in this space for so many years you know when you’re onto an amazing thing for your child.

We absolutely love the team at 8 Senses Therapy. Welcomed by the wonderful Irene at the front desk – We see Arisse for OT & Helen for speech and can’t recommend highly enough. Our son is made to feel so welcome and safe and we have seen so much improvement during our sessions. Well worth the 40 minute drive.

Arisse has a unique ability to really understand where to focus her attention with Zion. She will always consult her plan with us and include us in the session so we, the parents, are on board and have a good understanding of what we can continue to work on with Zion at home. Always impressed.

Arisse is a wonderful OT with a sound knowledge of her specialty. Arisse explains and highlights areas to be focused on and why. It is wonderful to see her adapt the session for newly relevant issues as they arise also. The staff are welcoming and such a pleasure to interact with. They are pleasant, caring and always acknowledge and take the time to chat with my children.

A very welcoming, accepting place. All the staff are kind, happy and genuinely invested in my child and family. Arisse thinks outside the box, is fun and is very approachable. Often sitting on the floor to play games, laughing and being silly. My children love working with her. She is a wealth of knowledge and ideas and all sorts of therapy. Helen is fantastic, she has such a nice non threatening way of communicating with children. She makes the sessions light hearted and fun. She is a lovely, lovely person who really knows her stuff.

My daughter has been attending for a little over a year and she has built a great bond with Arisse. She enjoys attending her OT sessions and looks forwards to new opportunities and learning in the new year. It’s great to see her progression.

OT provides the best possible sessions not only for my little one but also for me to learn more in any issues regarding his development. 20+ experience!!! Eye opening, informative, friendly and the best sessions!!! People who live in Northern area are so lucky as I travel there for pretty long distance (from my perspective). The manager is always kind as well!

Arisse is truly a one of a kind therapist. My children Rafe and Ruby made amazing progress towards their NDIS goals. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. 100/10 recommend! Ahhhhmazing!
