NDIS Funding
Self-Managed
For self-managed funding, fees are collected on the day of your appointment. You have complete control and can select services that best support your child’s unique needs and goals. Let us help you make the most of your NDIS plan with personalised, family-centred care.
Plan-Managed
With plan-managed funding, you enjoy flexibility and professional support, ensuring your child receives the personalised care they require. To streamline the process, we will require the contact details of your Plan Manager to forward invoices after services are provided.
Private Funding
Medicare
Medicare covers both occupational therapy and speech pathology services with a GP’s referral under the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program or a pediatrician’s referral under the Helping Children with Autism program. Participants pay the full price upfront and the rebate is processed on the spot, credited directly into their account.
Private-Health
To claim from your Private Health Fund, you need to contact your provider to determine the amount you are entitled to. If you attend an appointment at our clinic, we can process your private health claim through our HICAPS terminal on the day of service. Full payment is required before processing claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
